Rockin Morrocan Soup

Cooking Instructions

Directions: 1) In large pot, boil 11 C water; add 1 peeled, diced orange, chickpeas and fruit from package (pinch bag to remove top portion); bring to a hard boil, then simmer, covered, 45-60 min (or until chickpeas start to soften). 2) Add remaining package contents, 1 C carrot, 1 C onion, 2 C peeled and cubed yam or sweet potato, 2 tbsp honey, 3 tbsp butter; cook for 15-20 min. 4) Add 2 C peeled, chopped apple; cook 10-15 min longer, or until apples are soft. Add extra water as needed. Season with salt and pepper. Please note that some ingredients may be field harvested. For best results inspect for elements of nature before cooking.
