Cooking Instructions

For best results defrost steaks in refrigerator (not in microwave).

BBQ steaks on medium to high heat for 5-7 minutes per side to an internal temp of (Rare 140°F)  (Medium 150°F)  (Well 160°F).

Fry/Grill steaks on medium heat for 6-8 minutes per side to an internal temp of  (Rare 140°F)  (Medium 150°F)  (Well 160°F).

Ingredients

Beef, water, salt, lactose, hydrolyzed corn and soy protein with caramel, polysorbate 80 (mfg aid), papain (corn maltodextrin), spices, bromelain (with corn dextrose).
